Can’t remember what a full eight hours feels like? I’ve been there. Now that I’m on the other (more rested) side, I’m here to tell you there are no lost causes. I don’t believe in “bad sleepers”. Some of them are better at it than others, for sure. But even the ones who have partied all night for 3 or 4 years can still become stellar sleepers.

Prepare yourself for this one: they actually want to sleep, too. They’re also sleep-deprived. They’re also running on adrenaline and having a hard time regulating. It’s hard to feel bad for them when they seem to hold all the cards in the matter, but the good news is they just need to learn to sleep, just like they would learn any other life skill.
