I

Module One

Why Now

~12 minutes

The 4-month regression is not a phase to wait out. It is a permanent change in how your baby sleeps, and it is the reason everything you were doing before may have stopped working. This module revisits sleep associations through that lens, explains the biology behind what has shifted, walks through what "ready to sleep train" actually means, and gives you a checklist to make that call with confidence.

II

Module Two

About Crying and the Methods

~15 minutes

The hardest part of sleep training is the crying. This module does not look away from that. It gives you an honest framework for understanding what the crying means, why it is different from other kinds of distress, and how to hold your role as the person making the decision rather than the one reacting to it. It also covers why the specific method you choose matters far less than most people think, and far less than your consistency in following it.

III

Module Three

The Methods in Depth

~18 minutes

Extinction, Timed Checks, and the Chair Method: what each one asks of you, the research behind all three, how to choose based on your baby's temperament and your own capacity, and the most common mistake parents make with each. You will leave this module with a specific plan, not a general idea.

IV

Module Four

Naps, Schedules, and Feeding

~15 minutes

Nights usually improve first. Naps take longer, and that is normal. This module covers why nap training is harder, introduces the 60-minute rule so you know when to end a nap attempt and when to keep going, and walks through the 4-to-3-to-2-to-1 nap transition schedule. Night weaning is also here, separated clearly from sleep training so you can make those decisions on their own terms. Dream feeds and loveys are covered too.

V

Module Five

Real Life

~10 minutes

Travel, illness, leaps, and teething — the four things that get blamed for everything. This module gives you an honest framework for knowing when a disruption requires a real reset and when you can ride it out, and closes with a clear picture of what to do if you need more support than a course can offer.
