Baby Travel Checklist

Preparing for a trip with a little one can feel overwhelming, but organization is your ultimate ally.

Before you pack your bags, use this guide to ensure you have all the essentials covered:

  • Travel Documents: Includes items like passports for international travel and identification for the baby, such as a birth certificate.
  • Feeding Essentials: Pack bottles, nipples, and sippy cups, along with a portable high chair or booster seat if necessary.
  • Health and Safety: Remember your baby's health records and vaccination certificates, as well as a first aid kit.
  • Baby Gear and Equipment: Bring a stroller or baby carrier, and a portable crib or bassinet if needed.
  • Diapering Supplies: Calculate the number of diapers needed for the duration of the trip, and do not forget wipes and diaper rash cream.
  • Entertainment and Comfort: Bring favorite toys or comfort items, and a portable white noise machine.
  • Clothing and Accessories: Pack onesies, bodysuits, and comfortable outfits, plus a hat or cap for sun protection.
  • Miscellaneous: Include extra blankets, pacifiers, and ziplock bags for storing soiled clothes or snacks.

MOMally Tip:

When traveling across time zones, recreating your home sleep environment is key. Keep your bedtime routine identical to the one you use at home, and rely on that portable white noise machine to block out unfamiliar hotel or airplane sounds. Babies find comfort in consistency!
